Traveller from Cork stayed in September,2008

Dissappointed after a long journaey from cork to find room was not ready at 3 p.m. or available on the same floor as our companions. Also we had to ask to have it cleaned and It seems a bit slack all round. Expected better service. When room change was offered it was too late to pack up and move our things. Could do better. Some staff were very friendly but no one went out of their way to help.Otherwise brilliant location.

Top Tip:
Do the bus tour of belfast brilliant also climb cave hill.
