Located in a very shabby neighbourhood, not on walking distance from the city centre. New and clean hotel, nice rooms, ample parking. Staff service level average, somewhat uninterested. Considering facilities good value for money.

Top Tip:
Use hop on hop off city tour, excellent way to see all Belfast sites.
