Guest Comment:
Great location in Belfast - central to everything. There were some renovation work in the hotel whilst we were there which we didn't know about. The staff are not very friendly and welcoming and need proper training in customer service. Good breakfast.

Top Tip:
Right opposite the Crown saloon bar which you must try. A taxi tour of the Falls Rd/Shankhill Rd area is a must - gives you a real insight into the Troubles.
